The invention relates to the technical field of cable cranes, in particular to a method for detecting the working pressure of a fixed open type bearing movable wheel, which comprises the following steps: arranging a detection tool, mounting a bearing device and measuring the initial size of the bearing device. A pressure sensor is placed in the adjusting pressure applying device; pressure is increased for the horse bearing driving wheel by adjusting the pressure applying device according to the stroke, and the applied pressure is measured through the pressure sensor. Recording data, wherein the data comprises a pressure value detected by a current pressure sensor and a driving wheel compression stroke corresponding to the pressure value; and when the compression amount reaches the design stroke of the horse bearing device, analyzing the performance of the horse bearing device based on the recorded data. According to the technical scheme, when the bearing is in a working state, the compression stroke of the driving wheel is accurately controlled, the pressure value required by the driving wheel at each stroke position is accurately read, and the performance of the bearing is accurately judged according to the pressure value readings of the whole compression stroke and the springback stroke.

    本发明涉及缆索起重机技术领域,尤其涉及一种固定式张开式承马动轮工作压力的检测方法,包括布设检测工装,安装承马装置,测量承马装置的初始尺寸;在调节施压装置中放入压力传感器;通过调节施压装置按行程为承马动轮增加压力,通过压力传感器测量施加压力的大小;记录数据,包括当前压力传感器检测到的压力值以及该压力值对应的动轮压缩行程;当压缩量达到承马装置的设计行程时,基于记录的数据分析承马装置的性能。本技术方案实现将承马在工作状态下,精确地控制动轮压缩行程,准确读出各个行程位置的动轮所需压力数值,根据整个压缩行程和回弹行程的压力值读数,从而对承马性能进行准确判断。
