The invention provides a reference assignment and base installation method for an ultra-long shafting. The reference assignment and base installation method comprises the steps that S1, a bow reference point and a stern reference point of the shafting are positioned and assigned in a ship body; s2, surveying a coordinate system in the ship body by taking the bow datum point and the stern datum point as references, and surveying the position of a middle light target in the surveyed coordinate system; s3, pulling an axis steel wire by taking the surveyed bow datum point, the surveyed stern datum point and the middle light target as datum; s4, calculating a three-dimensional coordinate of the shafting base in the surveyed coordinate system, positioning a longitudinal coordinate of the shafting base by taking the middle light target as a reference, and positioning a transverse coordinate and a vertical coordinate of the shafting base by taking the axis steel wire as a reference; and S5, according to the calculated numerical values of the transverse coordinates, the longitudinal coordinates and the vertical coordinates, after the preset allowance of a lower opening of the shafting base is cut, the shafting base is positioned and installed. The method solves the problem that a traditional laser theodolite cannot meet the precision requirement within the ultra-long range and the problem that a base is difficult to position due to the ultra-long shaft system trim angle and the ultra-long shaft system flare angle.

    本申请提供一种超长轴系的基准勘划及基座安装方法,包括:S1、在船体内定位并勘划轴系的艏基准点和艉基准点;S2、以艏基准点和艉基准点为基准在船体内勘划坐标系,在勘划的坐标系内勘划出中间光靶的位置;S3、以勘划的艏基准点、艉基准点和中间光靶为基准拉轴线钢丝;S4、在勘划的坐标系内计算轴系基座的三维坐标,以中间光靶为基准定位轴系基座的纵向坐标,以轴线钢丝为基准定位轴系基座的横向坐标和垂向坐标;S5、根据计算的横向坐标、纵向坐标和垂向坐标的数值,切割轴系基座下口预设余量后定位安装轴系基座。本方法解决了传统激光经纬仪在超长范围内无法满足精度要求的问题及因超长轴系纵倾角和外张角基座定位困难的问题。
