The invention discloses a precision control method for an angular shafting installation slipway, which comprises the following steps: S1, design modeling angle conversion: an included angle between a ship axis and a horizontal plane being about 0.65 degrees, and converting design modeling according to the angle; S2, performing segmented construction control: manufacturing an inclined plane jig frame according to data after design conversion in the segmented construction stage of an engine room double-layer bottoms 102 and 103, carrying out segmented reverse construction by taking the inner bottom as a jig frame surface, controlling the flatness of the jig frame surface emphatically, and ensuring an included angle between an inclined plane and a horizontal plane; and S3, performing total group control: adjusting the level of two segments according to the flatness data of the drawing in the segment total group stage, and converting the included angle between the inner bottom and the horizontal plane into plane data by taking the horizontal "0" point as a reference; according to the method, design modeling is carried out by converting the angle into the three-dimensional coordinate, the mounting angle of the shafting is controlled through segmented construction, total assembly and slipway carrying , so that the control difficulty is effectively reduced, and the mounting precision of the shafting is ensured.

    本发明公开了带角度轴系安装船台的精度控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、设计建模角度换算:船轴线与水平面夹角约为0.65°,设计建模按角度换算;S2、分段建造控制:机舱双层底102、103分段建造阶段按设计换算后数据制作斜平面胎架,以内底为胎架面分段反造,重点控制胎架面平整度,确保斜平面与水平面夹角;S3、总组控制:分段总组阶段按下图平整度数据调节两分段水平,以水平“0”点为基准,内底与水平面夹角已换算成平面数据;本发明通过将角度换算成三维坐标的形式进行设计建模,分段建造、总组及船台搭载阶段以三维数据来控制轴系安装角度,有效降低了控制难度并且确保了轴系安装精度。
