The invention provides a shrinkage-friction combined type energy absorption device. A shrinkage base and a friction base are arranged in parallel and are opposite to a force uniformizing plate on the outer side of an anti-creeping tooth of a railway vehicle in position; the front ends of the multiple telescopic pipes are fixed to the force uniformizing plate. The rear end is fixed at the guide hole in the folding base; the inner diameter of the guide hole is smaller than that of the telescopic pipe; a friction rod is further arranged in each telescopic pipe, and the outer diameter of the friction rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the telescopic pipe; the front end of the friction rod is fixed to the force uniformizing plate, and the rear end of the friction rod extends out of the rear end of the telescopic pipe, freely penetrates through the guide hole and is installed in the friction hole of the friction base in an interference fit mode. According to the folding shrinkage-friction combined type energy absorption device, the folding shrinkage energy absorption principle and the friction energy dissipation principle are ingeniously combined, and combined type energy absorption with higher and more stable energy absorption is achieved. The device is simple in structure, convenient to install, low in cost and capable of being installed at the front end of a railway vehicle beam to achieve the anti-creeping energy-absorbing function.

    本发明提供一种叠缩‑摩擦复合式吸能装置,叠缩底座、摩擦底座平行设置,并与铁道车辆防爬齿外侧的匀力板位置相对;叠缩管有多个,前端固定在匀力板上;后端固定在叠缩底座上导向孔处;导向孔的内径小于叠缩管内径;每个叠缩管内还设有一个摩擦杆,摩擦杆外径小于叠缩管内径;摩擦杆的前端固定在匀力板上,后端延伸到叠缩管后端的外部,自由穿过导向孔,并过盈配合安装在摩擦底座的摩擦孔内。本发明提供的叠缩‑摩擦复合式吸能装置巧妙结合了叠缩吸能与摩擦耗能原理,实现了拥有更高、更平稳吸能量的复合式吸能。本发明的结构简单,安装方便、成本低廉,可安装在铁道车辆横梁前端实现防爬吸能功能。
