The invention discloses a radial shrinkage pipe type energy absorption anti-climbing device which comprises an anti-climbing toothed plate, a radial shrinkage pipe, a structural base and a flange seat fixedly connected with the front end face of a vehicle. The flange seat is connected with the structural base, and the radial shrinkage pipe and the anti-climbing toothed plate are used for axial positioning. One end of the radial shrinkage pipe is connected with the anti-climbing toothed plate, and the other end of the radial shrinkage pipe is connected with the structure base. The device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, high energy absorption efficiency, stable working force value, convenience in manufacturing and the like.
