And fault prediction of the supercharger is made, and the ship maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及涡轮增压器技术领域,具体涉及船用涡轮增压器在线监测及故障诊断方法,利用AI故障判断学习方法对增压器运行状态和参数进行监测,得到监测数据;若监测数据无异常,增压器正常运行,并继续对增压器进行监测,若监测数据异常,则增压器发生故障,并基于参数变化情况判断故障类型,根据故障类型进行报警或停机;若故障类型一般,在线监测系统进行故障报警,并给出解决方案,若故障类型严重时,则增压器紧急停机,人工拆解增压器检查解决故障,该方法通过对变压器进行实时监测,并根据监测的数据进行故障判断,准确的掌握增压器运行状态,做好增压器故障预测,缩减船舶维修成本。
