The invention relates to a manual and automatic integrated unloading device, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic power-assisted automobile steering systems. Comprising a shell, an adjusting rod piece and an unloading mechanism, a lower cover is installed at one end of the shell, a valve body is installed at the other end of the shell, a hydraulic cavity is formed in the portion, between the lower cover and the valve body, of the shell, a steering nut is installed in the hydraulic cavity in a sliding and sealing mode, and assembling holes are correspondingly formed in the lower cover and the valve body respectively. An adjusting rod piece capable of adjusting the relative position in the lower cover and the valve body is sleeved with the assembly hole, unloading mechanisms are arranged at the two ends, corresponding to the adjusting rod piece, of the steering nut in a sleeved mode respectively, and the adjusting rod piece is in intermittent contact connection with the unloading mechanisms. According to the unloading device, before the steering gear is installed, the initial position of the unloading valve is damaged or the unloading stroke can be restored to the initial position by replacing the adjusting rod piece when needed; according to the unloading device, the unloading position of the steering gear is changed through the manual-automatic integrated adjusting rod piece, so that the limiting boss is in contact with the steering knuckle limiting bolt, and the steering angle of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种手自一体卸荷装置,属液压助力汽车转向系统技术领域。包括壳体、调节杆件和卸荷机构,包括调节杆件和卸荷机构,壳体一端装有下盖,壳体另一端装有阀体,下盖和阀体之间的壳体内设置有液压腔,液压腔内滑动密封装有转向螺母,下盖和阀体内分别对应设置有装配孔,装配孔内套装有能在下盖和阀体内调节相对位置的调节杆件,与调节杆件对应的转向螺母两端分别套装有卸荷机构,调节杆件与卸荷机构间歇接触连接。该卸荷装置在转向器安装前卸荷阀初始位置被破坏或在需要时可通过更换调节杆件,使卸荷行程恢复到初始位置;该卸荷装置通过手自一体调节杆件改变转向器卸荷位置,使限位凸台与转向节限位螺栓相接触,保证整车转向角。
