The invention provides a power take-off device capable of suppressing deterioration of response performance caused by a filter and suppressing the influence of the filter on misfire detection. The power take-off device includes: an internal combustion engine; a rotary electric machine connected to an output shaft of the internal combustion engine; and a control device for controlling the rotating motor. The control device includes a filter processor that is within a resonance frequency band and that attenuates torque of the rotating electric machine, and when a change speed of a requested output torque requested to be output is equal to or greater than a predetermined value or when misfire of the internal combustion engine is detected, the control device performs control such that the torque of the rotating electric machine is reduced. The gain of the filtering processor is reduced, or the filtering processor is turned off, or another filtering processor is selected and turned on, and the other filtering processor and the filtering processor have different attenuation frequency bands.
