The invention relates to a fastening arrangement (1) for fastening a roof (10) to a body roof (3) of a motor vehicle (2) having a frame opening (4), comprising: at least one fastening strip (17) which is formed on the roof (10) and which extends parallel to a longitudinal side or a transverse side of the frame opening (4); at least one elastically deformable clamping device (7), which is designed to lock the roof (10) on the vehicle body roof (3) in a form-fitting manner by means of a latching plug (9). According to the invention, the clamping device (7) has a latching plug (9) mounted on the roof (10) in a floating manner, and the latching plug (9) engages behind the body roof (3) in a form-fitting manner so as to be guided through the opening (6) of the body roof (3).
