The invention discloses a battery charging passive equalization circuit which comprises a starting circuit and a voltage equalization control circuit. The starting circuit is connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the lithium battery; one end of the voltage balance control circuit is connected with the starting circuit, and the other end of the voltage balance control circuit is connected with the negative electrode of the lithium battery; the voltage balance control circuit comprises a battery voltage sampling circuit, a maximum charging voltage setting circuit, a loop control circuit, a voltage-to-current circuit and a current amplification circuit. The maximum charging voltage setting circuit and the battery voltage sampling circuit are respectively connected with the loop control circuit; the output end of the loop control circuit is connected with the voltage-to-current circuit, and the voltage-to-current circuit is connected with the current amplification circuit.
