Voltage out-of-limit caused by over-high distributed photovoltaic access proportion is an important factor for restricting a power distribution network to accept distributed photovoltaic. With the popularization of electric vehicles, the charging control of the electric vehicles becomes an important means for the operation control of a power distribution network. The invention discloses a coordinated charging strategy for an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle and a distributed photovoltaic system are regarded as a virtual power plant to respond to time-of-use electricity price. And establishing a coordinated charging strategy model of the electric vehicle by taking profit maximization of the virtual power plant and load variance minimization of the power distribution network as objective functions and taking voltage out-of-limit of the power distribution network as a constraint condition. According to the coordinated charging strategy of the electric vehicle, the problem of voltage out-of-limit caused by high-proportion distributed photovoltaic access can be solved. Compared with non-coordinated charging, the peak load of the power distribution network is not increased by coordinated charging of the electric vehicle in the off-peak period, so that the total voltage deviation of the power distribution network is effectively reduced, and the electric energy quality is improved. Compared with a distributed photovoltaic wind curtailment strategy, the electric vehicle coordinated charging strategy enables the virtual power plant to have better profitability, and the total variance of the load of the power distribution network is smaller.

    分布式光伏接入比例过高导致的电压越限是制约配电网接受分布式光伏的重要因素。随着电动汽车的普及,电动汽车的充电控制已成为配电网运行控制的重要手段。本发明公开了一种电动汽车的协调充电策略,其中电动汽车和分布式光伏被视为成一个虚拟发电厂以响应分时电价。以虚拟电厂的利润最大化和配电网的负荷方差最小化为目标函数,以配电网的电压越限为约束条件,建立了电动汽车的协调充电策略模型。本发明所提出的电动汽车的协调充电策略可以解决高比例分布式光伏接入引起的电压越限问题。与非协调充电相比,电动汽车在低谷时段的协调充电不会增加配电网的峰值负荷,从而有效地减少了配电网的总电压偏差,改善了电能质量。与分布式光伏弃风策略相比,电动汽车协调充电策略使虚拟电厂更具盈利能力,配电网负荷的总方差更小。
