Lifting and inclining equipment for a tool car relates to the technical field of lifting equipment and comprises two lifting mechanisms which are matched with each other, and each lifting mechanism comprises a bearing part used for supporting the tool car and a lifting mechanism used for driving the bearing part to vertically ascend and descend. The bearing parts of the two lifting mechanisms move synchronously in the same direction to lift the tool car, and after the tool car is lifted to a certain height, the bearing part of one lifting mechanism is driven to move so as to achieve inclination of the tool car.
