The invention discloses weight control hoisting equipment, which belongs to the field of hoisting equipment machinery, and is characterized in that a plurality of groups of winches are additionally arranged at the top end of a cargo boom, the plurality of groups of winches correspond to a plurality of groups of main ropes, and the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of main ropes are connected with a pressure detector arranged on a lifting hook through an upper bearing cable; the pressure detector is used for detecting the weight of a heavy object lifted by the lifting hook and comparing the weight with the maximum lifting bearing force of the winch, so that a single main rope or a plurality of main ropes are selected to be used in a matched manner to drive bearing according to actual requirements, and reasonable lifting under the condition of no overload is realized; the additionally-arranged matching structure of the winding roller, the winding belt and the magnetic lantern ring is used for winding the main rope connected with the winding roller, so that the situation that when a single winch or a small number of winches are used for winding, the main rope which is not wound is hung at the bottom end and is prone to being wound, and normal lifting is affected is avoided; on one hand, the use frequency of the driving equipment is reduced, and on the other hand, the safety is improved.

    本申请公开了一种重量控制起重设备,属于起重设备机械领域,通过在起重臂顶端增设多组绞盘,多组绞盘对应多组主绳索,而多组主绳索底端通过上承重索连接有设置于吊钩上的压力检测仪,压力检测仪对吊钩所起吊的重物进行重量检测,并与绞盘最大起吊承重力进行对比,以便根据实际需要选用单根主绳索使用还是多根主绳索配合驱动承重使用,实现在不超负荷的情况下合理起吊,而所增设的收卷辊、收卷带以及磁性套环的配合结构,对与其相连接的主绳索进行收卷,以免在仅使用单个绞盘或者少量绞盘进行收卷时,未被收卷的主绳索垂挂在底端容易缠绕而影响正常起吊,一方面对驱动设备起到减少使用次数的作用,另一方面提高安全性。
