The invention relates to an elevator floor information obtaining method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: sending a radio frequency signal with a specific frequency; when the elevator car passes through or stops on a target floor, a target identifier of the recording medium arranged on the target floor is obtained; acquiring corresponding floor information from configuration information through a corresponding application program according to the target identifier; and sending the floor information corresponding to the target floor to a robot through a network. By adopting the method, the accuracy and reliability of elevator floor recognition can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种电梯楼层信息的获取方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。所述方法包括:发送特定频率的射频信号;当所述电梯轿厢经过或停留在目标楼层时,获取设置在所述目标楼层的所述记录媒体的目标标识;通过对应的应用程序根据所述目标标识从配置信息中获取对应楼层信息;将所述目标楼层对应的楼层信息通过网络发送至机器人。采用本方法能够提高电梯楼层识别的准确率和可靠性。
