The invention discloses an electronic power-assisted braking system which comprises a ball nut, a motor and a main cylinder, the outer side of the ball nut is sleeved with a bearing, the bearing facilitates rotation of the ball nut, a first-stage small gear is fixed to the output end of the motor, one side of the first-stage small gear is meshed with a combined gear, and one side of a small-diameter gear in the combined gear is meshed with a second-stage large gear. A secondary gear mechanism is driven to rotate through a small gear of a combined gear, a spline-like design is arranged on an inner ring of a secondary large gear, a spline-like design is matched with a spline-like design of an outer ring of a ball nut, the ball nut is driven to rotate when the secondary large gear rotates, and then a lead screw conducts linear motion; the lead screw and the input push rod compress the feedback disc till the feedback disc is in a balanced state, then the output push rod is jointly pushed, the main cylinder completes pressure building, transmission extrusion is conducted through cooperation of the ball nut and the lead screw, the transmission efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the device is high in structural integration degree and simple in composition structure during use, and cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电子助力制动系统,包括滚珠螺母、电机和主缸,滚珠螺母外侧套接有轴承,轴承方便滚珠螺母转动,电机输出端位置固定有一级小齿轮,一级小齿轮一侧啮合有组合齿轮,组合齿轮中小直径齿轮一侧啮合有二级大齿轮。本发明通过组合齿轮的小齿轮带动二级齿轮机构转动,二级大齿轮内圈设有类花键设计,类花键与滚珠螺母外圈的类花键设计相互契合,在二级大齿轮转动时带动滚珠螺母转动,进而使丝杠进行直线运动;丝杠和输入推杆压缩反馈盘直至反馈盘平衡态,然后共同推动输出推杆,使主缸完成建压,通过滚珠螺母配合丝杠进行传动挤压,提高了传动效率,同时在使用时装置结构集成度高,组成结构简单,有效降低了成本。
