The invention discloses an integrated electronic power-assisted braking system. The system mainly comprises a brake master cylinder and the like. A motor driving system and a power assisting main cylinder connected in a matched mode provide electric assisting power, a high-pressure energy accumulator provides brake redundancy, a pedal simulator provides pedal feeling, the brake master cylinder provides failure assisting power, an oil can serves as a carrier for storing hydraulic oil, a control valve controls operation of all parts of the system, and a sensor monitors the states of all the parts of the system. According to the invention, electric power-assisted braking of the vehicle can be realized; an ESC function is integrated, and a vehicle chassis hydraulic control system is integrated; foot feelings are kept consistent all the time in the braking process through the pedal simulator; a brake redundancy function is achieved; and the electronic brake booster and a vehicle body stabilizing system are integrated, the overall size is reduced, the system is compact, and the cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种集成式电子助力制动系统,主要包括制动主缸等,电机驱动系统和配合连接的助力主缸提供电动助力,高压蓄能器提供制动冗余,踏板模拟器提供踏板感,制动主缸提供失效助力,油壶为液压油储存的载体,控制阀控制系统各个部分的运行,传感器监控系统各个部分的状态。本发明能实现车辆的电动助力制动;集成ESC功能,将车辆底盘液压控制系统进行了整合;通过踏板模拟器来实现制动过程中脚感始终保持一致;具有制动冗余功能;将电子制动助力器与车身稳定系统集成在一起,整体体积减少,系统紧凑,成本较低。
