The invention relates to an experimental platform for fault detection of a simulated track. The experimental platform comprises the simulated track; the rail detection trolley is placed on the simulation rail; the positioning unit and the gyroscope are mounted on the track inspection trolley; the image acquisition unit is mounted at the bottom of the track detection trolley and comprises a track profile detection module, a track meter detection module, a fastener detection module and a sleeper detection module; each module comprises an area-array camera, a light source laser internally provided with a light coding module, a signal controller and an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) for filtering interference light in ambient light, decoding a light signal and performing digital conversion on the light signal and image information to obtain three-dimensional point cloud data on the surface of a shot object; and the upper computer is connected with a power device of the track inspection trolley, and a storage module and a normalization processing module for performing normalization processing on the three-dimensional point cloud data and geometric parameter data sent by the gyroscope are arranged in the upper computer. According to the method, the steel rail contour state, the rail surface and fastener state, the sleeper state and the rail geometric parameters are detected, the false detection rate is low, and the detection precision is high.

    本发明涉及一种模拟轨道故障检测的实验平台,包括:模拟轨道;轨检小车,放置于模拟轨道上;安装于轨检小车上的定位单元和陀螺仪;图像采集单元,安装于轨检小车底部,包括轨廓检测模组、轨表检测模组、扣件检测模组和轨枕检测模组;每个模组均包括面阵相机、内设光编码模块的光源激光器、信号控制器以及滤除环境光中干扰光并对光信号进行解码和对光信号与图像信息进行数字转换得到被摄物体表面三维点云数据的FPGA;上位机,与轨检小车的动力装置连接,内设存储模块以及对三维点云数据和陀螺仪发送的几何参数数据归一化处理的归一化处理模块。本发明实现对钢轨轮廓状态、轨表及扣件状态、轨枕状态及轨道几何参数检测,误检率低,检测精度高。
