The invention relates to a stabilizing method for hoisting swing of a marine crane, which comprises the following steps: 1) additionally arranging three side force arms around a force arm of the crane, mounting a side stabilizing cable on each side force arm, and distributing the three side stabilizing cables around a main cable in a triangular form; and (2) the tail ends of the three lateral stabilization cables are all connected with a hoisting bucket of the crane, meanwhile, a vertical stabilization cable is additionally installed at the bottom of the hoisting bucket, the other end of the vertical stabilization cable is connected with a landing winch, and the landing winch is installed on the bottom wall of a cabin. According to the stabilizing method for the hoisting swing of the marine crane, the stabilizing cables in three lateral directions are additionally arranged, meanwhile, the vertical stabilizing cable is installed on the bottom wall of the hoisting bucket, so that the heavy object is continuously in a straightened state in the hoisting process, compared with an existing stabilizing mechanism, the heavy object can be more stable and higher in wind resistance, and meanwhile, the hoisting swing of the marine crane is reduced. Compared with an existing stabilization control scheme, the method has the advantages that control parameters are fewer, the algorithm is simpler, and industrial use is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种船用起重机吊重摇摆的减摇方法,包括以下步骤:1)、在起重机的力臂周围额外设置3个侧力臂,并在每个侧力臂上安装侧方向减摇索,3个侧方向减摇索以三角形的形式分布在主索的周围;2)、将3个侧方向减摇索的末端均与起重机的吊斗连接,同时,爱吊斗的底部加装垂直减摇索,垂直减摇索另一端连接着落地绞盘,落地绞盘安装在船舱底壁上。该船用起重机吊重摇摆的减摇方法,通过增加3个侧方向的减摇索,同时,在吊斗的底壁安装垂直减摇索,使得重物在起吊过程中,持续处于一种绷直的状态,相比现有的减摇机构,可让重物更加稳定,抗风能力更强,同时,相对于现有的减摇控制方案,其控制参数更少,算法更简单,便于工业使用。
