The invention relates to the field of cranes, and discloses a hoisting load measuring method of a crane. The crane comprises an arm head (1) provided with a fixed pulley block (2) and a lifting hook assembly provided with a movable pulley block (3), the arm head (1) is provided with a load sensor, and the movable pulley block (3) and the fixed pulley block (2) are wound with a steel wire rope (4),and the load of a hoisting is calculated according to the load, measured by the load sensor, of the fixed pulley block (2) acting on the arm head (1) and the multiplying power of the steel wire rope(4). According to the technical scheme, the surface of an arm head supporting pulley shaft is the area with the most sensitive load, the load sensor is arranged in the area so that the total load of the fixed pulley block, the lifting hook assembly, the hoisting and the steel wire rope borne by the arm head can be measured more accurately, and compared with the sensor arranged on the lifting hookassembly, the measurement result is more accurate, and the arm head load can be grasped more accurately.

    本发明涉及起重机领域,公开了一种起重机的吊物载荷测量方法,所述起重机包括设置有定滑轮组(2)的臂头(1)、设置有动滑轮组(3)的吊钩组件,所述臂头(1)设置有载荷传感器,动滑轮组(3)和定滑轮组(2)绕设有钢丝绳(4),其中,根据所述载荷传感器测量的所述定滑轮组(2)作用于所述臂头(1)上的载荷以及所述钢丝绳(4)的倍率来计算吊物载荷。通过上述技术方案,臂头支撑滑轮轴的表面为载荷最为敏感的区域,在该区域设置载荷传感器可以更为准确地测量臂头所承载定滑轮组、吊钩组件、吊物、钢丝绳的总载荷,相比于在吊钩组件上设置传感器,测量结果更为准确,可以更准确地掌握臂头载荷。
