The invention provides a crane hoisting load calculation method and device and an automobile crane, and belongs to the technical field of cranes. The method comprises the steps that the reducer reduction ratio, the reducer mechanical efficiency and the hoisting motor efficiency of the crane are obtained; the hoisting roller radius, the steel wire rope layer number and the steel wire rope diameterof the crane are obtained, and a hoisting radius is obtained through calculation; an oil inlet pressure value of a hoisting motor, an oil outlet pressure value of the hoisting motor and an oil inlet pressure value of a hoisting braking oil cylinder are obtained, and hoisting motor load pressure and hoisting motor displacement are obtained through calculation; and according to the reducer reductionratio, the reducer mechanical efficiency, the hoisting motor efficiency, the hoisting radius, the hoisting motor load pressure and the hoisting motor displacement, a hoisting load is obtained throughcalculation. Therefore, the defect that in the prior art, when the initial change amplitude of a lazy arm reaches large-angle shielding pressure, the actual lifting weight cannot be accurately calculated is overcome.

    本发明提供一种起重机卷扬载荷计算方法、装置及汽车起重机,属于起重机技术领域。所述方法包括:获取起重机的减速机减速比、减速机机械效率、卷扬马达效率;获取起重机的卷扬滚筒半径、钢丝绳层数和钢丝绳直径,并计算得到卷扬半径;获取卷扬马达的进油口压力值、卷扬马达的出油口压力值、卷扬制动油缸的进油口压力值计算得到卷扬马达负载压力和卷扬马达排量;根据所述减速机减速比、所述减速机机械效率、所述卷扬马达效率、所述卷扬半径、所述卷扬马达负载压力以及所述卷扬马达排量计算得到所述卷扬载荷。解决现有技术中吊臂起变幅到大角度摒压时,无法准确计算吊载实际重量的缺点。
