The invention discloses a sliding lifting device capable of crossing flat vertical surface obstacles and a construction method of the sliding lifting device. The sliding lifting device comprises a walking device, a rail, a supporting frame body, a vertical adjusting device, a transverse adjusting device, a lifting assembly and a limiting assembly. The supporting frame body is arranged between two rows of existing structural columns and comprises a stress single frame and a supporting rod. The left side and the right side of the supporting frame body are each provided with at least three transverse adjusting devices at intervals in the longitudinal direction. The vertical adjusting devices are correspondingly connected to the lower portions of the ends of the transverse adjusting devices, and the bottoms of the vertical adjusting devices are connected with the walking devices. The lifting assembly is installed on the lower portion of the stress single frame and comprises a motor, a lifting rope and a supporting rod. A wire spool is mounted on the motor; one end of the lifting rope is wound on the wire spool, and the other end of the lifting rope is stressed below the single frame; the supporting rod is connected to the lower ends of lifting ropes of the two motors. The limiting assembly is detachably connected to the track. The technical problem that a traditional sliding device cannot cross rails at different elevations and cannot cross obstacles on a sliding route is solved.

    一种可跨平立面障碍物的滑移提升装置及其施工方法,包括行走装置、轨道、支撑架体、竖向调节装置、横向调节装置、提升组件和限位组件;支撑架体设在两排现有结构柱之间,包括受力单架和支撑杆;支撑架体左右两侧各沿纵向间隔设有至少三个横向调节装置;竖向调节装置对应连接在每个横向调节装置端部下方,竖向调节装置底部与行走装置连接;提升组件安装在受力单架的下部,包括电机、提升绳和托杆;电机上安装有绕线盘;提升绳一端缠绕在绕线盘上,提升绳另一端受力单架下方;托杆连接在两个电机的提升绳下端;限位组件可拆卸连接在轨道上。本发明解决了传统的滑移装置无法跨越不同标高处轨道以及无法跨越滑移路线上障碍物的技术问题。
