The invention discloses a bridge building hoisting balancing device which structurally comprises two rail rings, a tower crane frame and a mounting seat, the two rail rings are provided with rail grooves used for mounting sliding plates, the sliding plates used for mounting supporting rods are movably mounted in the rail grooves, the supporting rods used for limiting are mounted on the sliding plates, and the tower crane frame is movably mounted in the rail grooves. The supporting rod is connected with a lantern ring through a limiting plate. A movable plate used for adjusting the position of the lifting hook is movably installed at the bottom of the tower crane frame, a sling used for lifting is arranged on the movable plate, and the sling is sleeved with the lifting hook. The position of the hoisting hook is effectively limited in the lifting process, the phenomenon that the hoisting hook and an object drive a sling to incline or swing under the condition of strong wind is avoided, and the phenomenon that workers are injured when the object swings along with the wind can also be prevented; and the protection effect of the balance device on the hoisting device in the using process is improved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁建筑用吊装平衡装置,其结构包括两个轨道环、塔吊架和安装座,两个轨道环上设置有用于安装滑板的轨道槽,轨道槽的内部活动安装有用于安装支撑杆的滑板,滑板上安装有用于限位作用的支撑杆,支撑杆通过限位板连接有套环;塔吊架的底部活动安装有用于调节吊装挂钩位置的活动板,活动板上设置有用于升降作用的吊索,吊索的外部套有吊装挂钩。本发明有效的实现了对吊装挂钩的位置在升降过程进行限制,避免了在起大风的情况下吊装挂钩连同物件带动吊索出现倾斜或摆动的现象,还能防止物件随风摆动过程中出现砸伤工作人员的现象,提升了平衡装置对吊装装置使用过程中的防护效果。
