The invention discloses a wing tip butt joint and separation device, and belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, machinery and mechanics, the wing tip butt joint and separation device is installed on a wing tip of an unmanned aerial vehicle through a carbon fiber rod and a clamp, and the wing tip butt joint and separation device comprises a butt joint claw, a permanent magnet actuator and a butt joint ball rod. The permanent magnet actuator is connected with the wing tip of one unmanned aerial vehicle through a clamp, and the butt joint ball rod is connected with the wing tip of the other unmanned aerial vehicle through a wing connecting rod. In the wingtip butt-joint process, the butt-joint ball rod applies acting force to the butt-joint disc, and when the butt-joint disc crosses the maximum potential energy position, the butt-joint claws are rapidly folded, so that the purpose of rapid butt-joint is achieved. A steering engine or other active actuating devices can be installed on the free side of the limiting stopper, and acting force is applied to the limiting stopper so that the mechanism can be separated. According to the invention, rapid butt joint of the wingtips of the unmanned aerial vehicles can be realized, a relatively large grasping force can be provided, the stability of wingtip connection is improved, and meanwhile, separation of the unmanned aerial vehicles can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种机翼翼尖对接与分离装置,属于无人机、机械、力学领域,本发明在无人机翼尖使用碳纤维杆以及夹具安装该机构,其包括对接爪、永磁体作动器以及对接球杆。永磁体作动器通过夹具与无人机机翼翼尖连接,对接球杆通过机翼连接杆与另一无人机机翼翼尖相连。在翼尖对接过程中,对接球杆施加作用力于对接盘上,当越过最大势能位置后,对接爪快速收拢从而达到快速对接的目的。在限位器自由侧可安装舵机或其他主动作动装置,对限位器施加作用力使机构分离。本发明可实现无人机翼尖的快速对接,且能提供较大的抓紧力,提高翼尖连接的稳定性,同时能实现无人机之间的分离。
