The invention relates to a bending type low-impact connection unlocking device which comprises a connection unlocking assembly, a carrying bottom plate, a bending type buffer assembly and a satellite bottom plate, at the beginning, the bending type buffer assembly is connected with the carrying bottom plate through the connection unlocking assembly, then the bending type buffer assembly is fixedly connected with the satellite bottom plate, and connection and bearing of a satellite and a rocket are achieved; after entering the orbit, the connecting unlocking assembly is electrified for unlocking, and the bent buffer assembly is separated from the carrying bottom plate, so that unlocking separation of the satellite and the rocket is realized. According to the bending type buffer assembly, the lower plate is fixedly connected with the carrying bottom plate through the separation nuts, the upper plate is fixedly connected with the satellite bottom plate through the screws, and impact and vibration generated by action of the separation nuts and release of pre-tightening force during separation are attenuated and transmitted to the satellite bottom plate through a bending structure composed of the outer cylinder, the middle cylinder and the inner cylinder; satellite impact can be effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种弯折式低冲击连接解锁装置,包括连接解锁组件、运载底板、弯折式缓冲组件和卫星底板,初始时先通过连接解锁组件使弯折式缓冲组件与运载底板连接,再将叠弯折式缓冲组件与卫星底板固连,实现星箭的连接与承载;入轨后连接解锁组件通电解锁,弯折式缓冲组件与运载底板分离,实现星箭的解锁分离。本发明弯折式缓冲组件下板与运载底板通过分离螺母固连,上板与卫星底板通过螺钉固连,分离时由分离螺母自身作动和预紧力释放产生的冲击和振动,经外筒、中筒、内筒构成的弯折结构衰减传递到达卫星底板,可实现卫星冲击的有效降低。
