The invention relates to a laminated low-impact connection unlocking device which comprises a connection unlocking assembly, a carrying bottom plate, a laminated buffer assembly and a satellite bottom plate, at the beginning, the laminated buffer assembly is connected with the carrying bottom plate through the connection unlocking assembly, then the laminated buffer assembly is fixedly connected with the satellite bottom plate, and connection and bearing of a satellite and a rocket are achieved; and after injection, the unlocking assembly is connected for unlocking, and the laminated buffer assembly is separated from the carrying bottom plate, so that unlocking and separation of the satellite and the rocket are realized. According to the laminated buffer assembly, the lower plate is fixedly connected with the carrying bottom plate through the separation nuts, the upper plate is fixedly connected with the satellite bottom plate through the screws, and during separation, impact and vibration generated by action of the separation nuts and release of pretightening force are attenuated and transmitted to the satellite bottom plate through a spiral laminated structure composed of the upper plate, the middle plate, the lower plate and the pressing blocks; satellite impact can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种叠层式低冲击连接解锁装置,包括连接解锁组件、运载底板、叠层式缓冲组件和卫星底板,初始时先通过连接解锁组件使叠层式缓冲组件与运载底板连接,再将叠层式缓冲组件与卫星底板固连,实现星箭的连接与承载;入轨后连接解锁组件通电解锁,叠层式缓冲组件与运载底板分离,实现星箭的解锁分离。本发明叠层式缓冲组件下板与运载底板通过分离螺母固连,上板与卫星底板通过螺钉固连,分离时由分离螺母自身作动和预紧力释放产生的冲击和振动,经上板、中间板、下板、压块构成的螺旋叠层结构衰减传递到达卫星底板,可实现卫星冲击的有效降低。
