The invention discloses a frame type satellite structure based on structure thermal control integrated design and suitable for batch production. The frame type satellite structure comprises a flight forward + X mounting plate, a flight backward-X mounting plate, a solar wing + Y side mounting plate, a solar wing-Y side mounting plate, a + Z side mounting plate, a-Z side mounting plate and a center bearing plate which are made of different materials and structures. According to the frame type satellite structure, the seven mounting plates are adopted for reasonable mounting of loads, the satellite envelope is reduced, the structure utilization rate is increased, and the function density is increased; the seven mounting plates adopt different materials and structural forms, on the basis that the structural strength is met, the requirements of thermal control heat dissipation and the like can be met, the structural mass of the whole satellite is greatly reduced, the seven load mounting plates can independently conduct load mounting, thermal control implementation and cable laying, then whole satellite frame splicing is conducted, the assembling time is reasonably arranged, and the whole satellite structure is more compact. The method is suitable for batch production of satellites and provides convenience for rapid networking.
本发明公开了一种基于结构热控一体化设计适用于批产的框架式卫星结构,包括不同材质和结构的飞行前向+X安装板、飞行后向‑X安装板、太阳翼+Y侧安装板、太阳翼‑Y侧安装板、+Z侧安装板、‑Z侧安装板以及中心承力板。本发明的框架式卫星结构采用七块安装板进行载荷的合理安装,缩小星体包络,提升了结构利用率,增大了功能密度;七块安装板采用不同材料和结构形式,在满足结构强度的基础上,能够满足热控散热等需求,并极大程度减轻整星结构质量,七块载荷安装板均可以独立进行载荷安装、热控实施和线缆敷设,再进行整星框架拼装,合理安排装配时间,适合卫星批产,为快速组网提供便利。
