The invention discloses an airplane deicing system based on an SMA intelligent material, and relates to the technical field of airplane deicing, and the airplane deicing system comprises a driving control system, an SMA self-sensing closed-loop control system scheme is designed, and reliable, efficient and simple SMA driving control is realized; in the skin structure, a new embedded SMA deicing skin structure is designed, and a theoretical score of the structure is given; according to the SMA self-sensing closed-loop control system, the self-adaptive deicing fast reconstruction algorithm is designed, the purposes of improving the reconstruction algorithm performance and improving the control accuracy are achieved, and the SMA self-sensing closed-loop control system comprises resistance-temperature-deformation modeling, multi-pulse driving-feedback scheme design and closed-loop control algorithm design. On the basis of setting an SMA self-sensing closed-loop control technology, SMA deicing technology research based on an embedded SMA deicing skin structure and an SMA driving control technology is carried out, so that the effects of improving the efficiency of an aircraft deicing system, reducing power consumption and reducing the size and weight of the deicing system are achieved, and the aircraft deicing system is suitable for being widely popularized and used.

    本发明公开了一种基于SMA智能材料的飞机除冰系统,涉及飞机除冰技术领域,包括:驱动控制系统,设计SMA自感知式闭环控制系统方案,实现可靠、高效、简约的SMA驱动控制;蒙皮结构,设计新的嵌入式SMA除冰蒙皮结构,并给出该结构的理论分;除冰算法及效果,设计自适应除冰快速重构算法,达到提升重构算法性能和提高控制准确性的目标,所述SMA自感知式闭环控制系统包括电阻‑温度‑形变建模、多脉冲驱动‑反馈方案设计、闭环控制算法设计。本发明通过在设置SMA自感知式闭环控制技术的基础上,开展基于嵌入式SMA除冰蒙皮结构和SMA驱动控制技术的SMA除冰技术研究,以达到提高飞机除冰系统的效率,降低功耗,同时又减小了除冰系统尺寸和重量,适宜广泛推广使用。
