The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane deicing, and discloses a reconfigurable intelligent airplane deicing system and method. The deicing fluid hidden type nozzle unit sprays deicing fluid to different divided deicing flat areas through nozzle assemblies with different pressures so as to carry out aircraft engine deicing operation; the deicing detection unit adopts an image recognition technology to collect ice and snow coverage area, thickness and ice and snow coverage type of a fuselage in real time, and determines an airplane type and a parking position; the deicing waste liquid detection unit is used for detecting physical property parameters of the deicing waste liquid during deicing operation in real time; the intelligent control unit controls the flow, the temperature, the pressure and the angle of the nozzle assemblies with the same pressure in real time, and optimization of the deicing efficiency is achieved; and the deicing fluid supply unit, the deicing fluid conveying unit and the deicing fluid recovery unit jointly perform uninterrupted supply and cyclic utilization of the deicing fluid. The deicing efficiency of the airplane is greatly improved, the possibility of secondary icing of the airplane is greatly avoided, and invalid loss of energy is avoided to the maximum extent.

    本发明属于飞机除冰技术领域,公开了一种可重构式智能飞机除冰系统及方法。除冰液隐藏式喷嘴单元通过不同压力的喷嘴组件对划分的不同除冰坪区域喷射除冰液进行飞机发动机除冰作业;除冰检测单元采用图像识别技术实时采集机身冰雪覆盖面积、厚度和冰雪覆盖类型,并确定飞机机型和停靠位置;除冰废液检测单元实时检测除冰作业时除冰废液的物性参数;智能控制单元实时控制同压力的喷嘴组件的流量、温度、压力、角度,实现除冰效率的最优化;除冰液供给单元、除冰液运送单元和除冰液回收单元共同进行除冰液的不间断供应及循环利用。本发明大大提升了飞机的除冰效率,极大避免了飞机二次结冰的可能,最大限度避免了能量的无效损耗。
