The invention provides an intermediate shaft brake braking speed detection alarm method which comprises the steps that after a clutch is separated and returns to a neutral gear, a brake electromagnetic valve is powered on, a TB working cylinder is inflated, an intermediate shaft brake works, the rotating speed of an intermediate shaft is reduced, and when a gear needing gear shifting meets the synchronization requirement, a gear shifting executing mechanism conducts gear engaging action; presetting an optimal braking speed standard range value of the brake through an experiment; the rotating speed of the intermediate shaft is monitored in real time through a rotating speed sensor, and the real-time braking speed during gear shifting is obtained based on a braking speed formula; if the real-time braking speed is not within the braking speed standard range, the condition belongs to an abnormal fault condition, otherwise, the condition is normal; on the basis of original hardware, the monitoring method is arranged, the implementation degree is high, the improvement cost is low, specifically, the rotating speed of the intermediate shaft is monitored in real time through the rotating speed sensor, alarm prompting is conducted when the rotating speed exceeds the range, the braking speed of the brake can be monitored in real time, and the method is simple and efficient and can provide monitoring and early warning.

    本发明提供一种中间轴制动器制动速度检测报警方法,离合器分离回到空挡后,制动器电磁阀通电,给TB工作缸充气,中间轴制动器工作,中间轴转速降低,当需要换档的齿轮达到同步要求时,换档执行机构进行挂档动作;通过实验预设最优制动器制动速度标准范围值;通过转速传感器对中间轴转速进行实时监测,基于制动速度公式得到换挡时的实时制动速度;若实时制动速度不在制动速度标准范围内,则属于异常故障情况,否则正常;本申请在原有的硬件基础上,设置监测方法,实现度高,改进成本低,具体通过转速传感器实时监测中间轴转速,超出这个范围就进行报警提示,这样就可以实时监测出制动器的制动速度,本发发简单高效,能够提供监测和预警。
