The invention discloses a gun insertion heat preservation control method for a vehicle battery and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit comprehensively judges the temperature of the battery, the high-voltage state of the whole vehicle and the type of a charging gun; if the temperature of the battery is lower than a certain threshold value, the high voltage is not connected and the charging gun is a fast charging gun, the vehicle control unit firstly closes the negative relay and the pre-charging relay, then closes the positive relay and disconnects the pre-charging relay after the bus voltage on the two sides of the positive relay reaches a certain voltage value or above, and at the moment, pre-charging is completed, and the high voltage is connected; then the vehicle control unit controls the battery management system to close a quick charging loop and communicates with the quick charging pile; and after the fast charging pile completes constant voltage output and feedback is ready, the vehicle control unit controls the battery management system to disconnect the positive pole relay and enables the PTC to start to heat the battery. According to the charging pile, the electric quantity of the battery is not consumed in the gun inserting heat preservation process, the charging pile cost is not increased, and meanwhile the problem of battery pre-charging is solved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆电池的插枪保温控制方法及车辆,该方法包括:整车控制器综合判断电池的温度、整车高压状态和充电枪类型;若电池的温度低于一定的阈值、高压未连接且充电枪为快充充电枪,则整车控制器先闭合负极继电器和预充继电器,待正极继电器两侧的母线电压达到一定电压值以上,再闭合正极继电器,断开预充继电器,此时预充完成,高压已连接;之后整车控制器控制电池管理系统闭合快充回路,并与快充充电桩通信;当快充充电桩完成恒压输出并反馈准备就绪之后,整车控制器控制电池管理系统断开正极继电器,并使能PTC开始加热电池。本发明能够在插枪保温过程中既不消耗电池自身的电量,又不增加充电桩成本,同时解决电池预充的问题。
