The invention relates to a personnel auxiliary embarkation system and method for large-scale offshore wind power platform operation and maintenance operation, and the system comprises an auxiliary lifting device which is additionally installed on an offshore wind power maintenance platform and a corresponding wireless remote controller on an operation and maintenance ship, and enables operation and maintenance personnel to carry out wind power platform embarkation operation in an environment with a relatively severe sea condition. Meanwhile, the physical strength consumed in the climbing process of the operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced, the operation and maintenance personnel are prevented from falling, the wind power operation and maintenance window period is effectively prolonged, the embarkation operation safety is improved, and the labor intensity of the operation and maintenance personnel is reduced; by adopting the sensor assembly and utilizing a sensor fusion technology, the problems of obstacle shielding, ship deviation and the like existing in ship heaving motion measurement under severe offshore conditions are effectively solved, the accuracy and the stability of measurement are improved, and the safety of embarkation operation is further improved; and the maintenance efficiency of the multi-fan wind field is greatly improved in a mode that a single wireless remote controller is matched with different ID cards to obtain the control rights of different embarkation devices.

    本发明涉及一种规模化海上风电平台运维作业的人员辅助登乘系统及方法,包括海上风电的维护平台上加装的辅助提升装置和运维船上对应的无线遥控器,能够使运维人员在海况较为恶劣的环境下进行风电平台登乘作业,同时还能降低运维人员攀爬过程中消耗的体力并防止运维人员坠落,有效扩大了风电运维窗口期、提高了登乘作业的安全性并降低了运维人员的劳动强度;采用传感器组件,通过利用传感器融合技术,有效解决了海上恶劣条件下船舶升沉运动测量中存在的障碍物遮挡、船舶偏移等问题,提高了测量的准确性和稳定性,进一步增加了登乘作业的安全性;通过单个无线遥控器配合不同ID卡获取不同登乘装置控制权的方式,大大增加了多风机风场的维护效率。
