The invention relates to a tower crane attachment device connected with an H-shaped steel column, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The protective cover is formed by assembling a connecting end, a left protective piece, a right protective piece and a rear cover plate. Under the normal working condition, the H-shaped steel and the channel steel in the connecting end are tightly connected together through the high-strength bolts, mutual dislocation is avoided, tower crane attached loads are transmitted through the lug plates and the connecting end, and then vibration reduction and impact resistance are achieved through the high-damping rubber layer between the attaching device and the H-shaped steel column. Under extreme working conditions such as hurricane or earthquake, when the load transmitted by the tower crane exceeds the designed load, the friction force between the H-shaped steel and the channel steel in the connecting end is overcome, so that mutual sliding occurs, and the friction material between the H-shaped steel and the channel steel can reduce the input energy of hurricane or earthquake through friction energy consumption in the process; and under the assistance of the vibration reduction effect of the high-damping rubber layer, the safety and reliability of the tower crane and the main body structure under the extreme working conditions can be effectively improved through the attachment device provided by the invention.

    本发明涉及一种与H型钢柱连接的塔吊附着装置,属于建筑施工技术领域。通过连接端头、左护件、右护件、后盖板组装而成。本发明在正常工况下,连接端头中的H型钢和槽钢通过高强螺栓紧密连接在一起、不发生相互错动,塔吊附着荷载通过耳板经由连接端头进行传递,然后通过附着装置与H型钢柱之间的高阻尼橡胶层进行减振和抗冲击。在飓风或者地震等极端工况下,当塔吊传递而来的荷载超过设计荷载时,连接端头中H型钢和槽钢之间的摩擦力被克服进而发生相互滑动,二者之间的摩擦材料在此过程中通过摩擦耗能可以减小飓风或者地震的输入能量,再辅以高阻尼橡胶层的减振作用,本发明所提的附着装置能够有效提高塔吊和主体结构在极端工况下的安全性和可靠性。
