The tower crane attachment device comprises a plurality of stress plates (1), pin shaft connecting plates (2),steel bar connecting sleeves (3) and force transmission plates, wherein the plurality of stress plates are respectively and fixedly arranged between a web plate and a wing plate of the cross-shaped steel column (5), and form an overall stress plate in the same horizontal plane; one ends of the pin shaft connecting plates are fixedly connected to the wing plate of the cross-shaped steel column andform attachment plates with the overall stress plate, the pin shaft connecting plates are located on the side part of the cross-shaped steel column, and a plurality of pin shaft holes (21) are arranged in the other ends of the pin shaft connecting plates; at least two layers of attachment plates are arranged, each layer of attachment plates are arranged in parallel, and every two adjacent layers of pin shaft connecting plates are fixedly connected through the force transmission plate; and the plurality of steel bar connecting sleeves are arranged on the pin shaft connecting plates at intervals. According to the tower crane attachment device, the tower crane attachment can be arranged on the section steel column, the situation that the tower crane attachment is buried in concrete and cannotbe disassembled can be avoided, and the tower crane attachment device is particularly suitable for being used under the condition that stiff columns are adopted as outer frame columns.
本发明公开了一种用于十字型钢柱的塔吊附着装置,包括受力板(1)、销轴连接板(2)、钢筋连接套筒(3)和传力板;若干块受力板分别固定安装在十字型钢柱(5)的腹板与翼板之间,若干块受力板在同一水平面内形成整体受力板;销轴连接板的一端与十字型钢柱的翼板固定连接并与整体受力板形成附着板,销轴连接板位于十字型钢柱的侧部,销轴连接板的另一端形成有若干个销轴孔(21);附着板设有至少两层,每层附着板之间平行设置,且相邻两层销轴连接板之间通过传力板固定连接;若干个钢筋连接套筒间隔设置在销轴连接板上。本发明既可在型钢柱上安装塔吊附着,亦可避免塔吊附着被埋在混凝土中导致无法拆除,尤其适合外框柱采用劲性柱的情况下使用。
