The invention provides an escalator handrail belt and step speed deviation detector based on an AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. The detector comprises a base, a vertical rod, an overturning arm rod, a rotating arm rod, an ultrasonic range finder and a target block. The vertical rod is vertically arranged on the base and can rotate, a first notch is formed in the end of the vertical rod, one end of the overturning arm rod is arranged in the first notch of the vertical rod in a hinged mode, and the overturning arm rod can overturn up and down on the vertical rod; one end of the rotating arm rod is rotatably arranged at the other end of the overturning arm rod, a second notch is formed in the other end of the rotating arm rod, and the ultrasonic range finder is arranged in the second notch of the rotating arm rod in a hinged mode; the target block is positioned on the escalator handrail belt; the ultrasonic range finder comprises an AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer, a reset module, a step speed setting module, an ultrasonic ranging module and a display module. Real-time control and non-contact measurement can be achieved, and the detection precision is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于AT89C51单片机的扶梯扶手带与梯级速度偏差检测仪,所述检测仪包括:底座、立杆、翻转臂杆、旋转臂杆、超声波测距器、以及靶块;所述立杆垂直设置于底座上且可旋转,所述立杆的端部开设有一第一槽口,所述翻转臂杆一端铰接设置于立杆的第一槽口内,且翻转臂杆在立杆上能进行上下翻转;所述旋转臂杆的一端可旋转地设置于所述翻转臂杆的另一端,所述旋转臂杆的另一端开设有第二槽口,所述超声波测距器铰接设置于旋转臂杆的第二槽口内;所述靶块位于所述扶梯扶手带上;所述超声波测距器包括AT89C51单片机、复位模块、梯级速度设置模块、超声波测距模块以及显示模块;可以做到实时控制和非接触式测量,提高检测精度。
