The invention discloses a dual-redundancy steering system suitable for automatic driving. The dual-redundancy steering system comprises a steering wheel, a steering transmission shaft, a steering column, a steering tie rod, a C-EPS system and a P-EPS system. The C-EPS system comprises a first motor, a first ECU and a first TAS sensor. The steering wheel is rigidly connected with the first motor through a tubular column shaft in the steering tubular column; the first motor is controlled and driven by a first EUC; a first TAS sensor is arranged between the steering wheel and the tubular column shaft and is used for measuring a rotating angle and a torque signal of the steering wheel; the P-EPS system comprises a driving motor, a second ECU and a second TAS sensor, and the driving motor is controlled and driven by the second ECU; and a second TAS sensor is arranged between the steering transmission shaft and the steering tie rod and is used for measuring the output rotating angle of the driving motor. The operation performance of the vehicle can be improved, and the safety risk of automatic driving is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种适用于自动驾驶的双冗余转向系统,包括转向盘、转向传动轴、转向管柱、转向横拉杆、C‑EPS系统和P‑EPS系统;所述C‑EPS系统包括第一电机、第一ECU和第一TAS传感器;所述转向盘与第一电机通过转向管柱中的管柱轴刚性连接;所述第一电机由第一EUC控制和驱动;所述转向盘和管柱轴之间设置第一TAS传感器用于测量转向盘的转角和扭矩信号;所述P‑EPS系统包括驱动电机、第二ECU和第二TAS传感器,所述驱动电机由第二ECU控制和驱动;所述转向传动轴与转向横拉杆之间设置第二TAS传感器,第二TAS传感器用于测量得到驱动电机的输出转角。本发明可以提高车辆的操作性能,减少了自动驾驶的安全风险。
