The transmission substation is connected with a card reader, the card reader is connected with an identification card through UWB, the identification card is arranged on a vehicle in an underground coal mine, and the transmission substation is further connected with a display screen; the at least two base stations are connected with the underground looped network, and the underground looped network is connected with the control end. According to the coal mine underground traffic light control system based on UWB accurate positioning, switching of traffic lights is judged through automatic distance measurement and speed measurement, the speed and distance of vehicles are sensed in the whole roadway in real time, accidents can be prevented while blocking prevention is achieved, the working efficiency of mine personnel is greatly improved, safety is improved, and the system is suitable for popularization and application. And the current underground production requirements are better met.

    本发明涉及井下作业技术领域,公开了一种基于UWB精确定位的煤矿井下红绿灯控制系统,其特征在于,包括至少两条信号线路,每条信号线路均包括基站、传输分站、读卡器、标识卡和显示屏,基站设置在路口,基站连接传输分站,传输分站连接读卡器,读卡器通过UWB连接标识卡,标识卡设置在煤矿井下的车辆上,传输分站还连接显示屏;至少两个基站均连接井下环网,井下环网连接控制端。本发明提供的基于UWB精确定位的煤矿井下红绿灯控制系统,通过自动测距和测速判断红绿灯的切换,实时全巷道感应车辆的速度和距离,防堵的同时还能防止事故发生,极大地提升了矿井人员的工作效率、增加了安全性,更加符合现如今的井下生产需求。
