The invention provides an underground coal mine traffic signal management device and system. The underground coal mine traffic signal management device comprises a traffic signal indicator, a signal transmission substation, a control server, a vehicle positioning transmitter and a plurality of vehicle positioning receivers, the vehicle positioning transmitters are arranged in all vehicles and used for sending vehicle signals outwards. The plurality of vehicle positioning receivers are used for receiving vehicle signals within a preset distance range and sending vehicle signal receiving time and receiver identification information to the signal transmission substation when receiving the vehicle signals sent by the vehicles; the control server predicts the real-time position of the vehicle according to the received vehicle signal receiving time and the receiver identification information, and controls the traffic signal indicator to display the corresponding traffic signal identification and warning information according to the real-time position of the vehicle. When the vehicle is in a dangerous traffic environment, warning information is sent, and the method is suitable for various line and network configuration environments.

    本发明提供一种煤矿井下交通信号管理装置及系统,煤矿井下交通信号管理装置包括交通信号指示器、信号传输分站、控制服务器、车辆定位发射器和多个车辆定位接收器;车辆定位发射器设置于每辆车的内部,用于向外发送车辆信号;多个车辆定位接收器用于接收预设距离范围内的车辆信号,并在接收到车辆发送的车辆信号时向信号传输分站发送车辆信号接收时间和接收器标识信息;控制服务器根据接收到的车辆信号接收时间和接收器标识信息预测车辆实时位置,以及根据车辆实时位置控制交通信号指示器显示对应交通信号标识以及警告信息,本发明对车辆位置进行实时精确判断,当车辆处于危险交通环境下发送警告信息,适用于各种线路及网络配置环境。
