A monitoring device is connected to the lower end of the fixing rod, a warning mechanism is arranged at the top, close to the left end, of the transverse rod, automatic control over rotation angle adjustment or sliding position adjustment is achieved, a proximity sensor and the monitoring device intelligently monitor nearby moving objects, a buffering mechanism is automatically started and opened to achieve buffering and collision prevention, and the safety coefficient is high.
