The invention provides a method for adjusting the brake torque of a carbon-ceramic brake disc, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a speed range into n intervals, dividing the maximum speed REFSpeedmax into n intervals at the speed of b, and establishing an array CmdTable [n]; assigning a value to the array CmdTable [n], assigning a minimum anti-skid current to each speed section in the array CmdTable [n] to limit the maximum brake pressure of each speed section, and performing parameter adjustment on the minimum anti-skid current assigned to each speed section in a subsequent simulation debugging and power station joint test; reading an anti-skid current value corresponding to each speed; according to the adjusting method, sudden change of the speed reduction rate of the brake system in the low-speed stage is avoided, meanwhile, corresponding pressure adjustment is conducted according to the characteristics of the carbon-ceramic brake disc in all the speed stages, the pitching phenomenon possibly occurring in the low-speed stage when the carbon-ceramic brake disc is used is avoided, meanwhile, stability of the brake pressure is guaranteed, and the brake efficiency is improved. And the brake quality is better.
本发明提出一种碳陶刹车盘刹车力矩的调节方法,包括:将速度范围划分为n个区间,将最大速度REFSpeed_max以b大小的速度分成n个区间,建立一个数组CmdTable[n];对数组CmdTable[n]进行赋值,对数组CmdTable[n]中每个速度段赋最小防滑电流来限制各速度段的最大刹车压力,各速度段所赋的最小防滑电流在后续仿真调试和动力台联试试验中进行调参;读取各速度对应的防滑电流值;输出最大刹车电流值,所述调节方法避免了刹车系统在低速阶段减速率的突变,同时根据碳陶刹车盘在各个速度段的特性进行了相应压力的调整,在避免使用碳陶刹车盘可能会出现的低速段的俯仰现象的同时保证了刹车压力的平稳,具有更好的刹车品质。
