The invention relates to the technical field of bicycle disc brake mechanisms, and discloses a brake cable adjusting mechanism based on a bicycle disc brake. The brake cable adjusting mechanism comprises a disc brake body, wherein a rotating arm is movably connected to the middle part of the front surface of the disc brake body in a sleeved mode; a pressure sleeve is fixedly arranged at one side of the bottom end of the rotating arm; an auxiliary support rod is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the pressure sleeve; and a pressure spring is movably connected to the outer surface of the auxiliary supporting rod in a sleeved mode. According to the brake cable adjusting mechanism based on the bicycle disc brake, through the arrangement of the pressure sleeve, the pressure spring anda main support rod, the main support rod is driven to extend outwards through the elastic force of the pressure spring in order to increase the rotating return radius of a movable pressing block in the braking action, so that a brake cable can be in a tensioned state all the time, the phenomena that the brake pressure is reduced and the brake distance is increased due to looseness caused by abrasion in the long-term use process are avoided, and the brake performance of the bicycle disc brake is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及自行车碟刹机构技术领域,且公开了一种基于自行车碟刹的刹车线调节机构,包括碟刹主体,所述碟刹主体正面的中部活动套接有转动臂,所述转动臂底端的一侧固定安装有压力套筒,所述压力套筒内腔的底部设有副支撑杆,且副支撑杆的外表面活动套接有压力弹簧。该基于自行车碟刹的刹车线调节机构,通过压力套筒、压力弹簧以及主支撑杆的设置,利用压力弹簧的弹力来带动主支撑杆向外延伸以此来增加活动压块在进行刹车动作时的旋转回复半径,使得刹车线可以始终处于张紧的状态,不会在长期使用的过程中因磨损而导致其出现松弛,进而造成制动压力减小、制动距离增加的现象,有效地提高了该自行车碟刹的制动性能。
