The invention discloses a method for judging the traffic operation state of an inland waterway. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining relatively complete ship flow and density arrays reflecting the ship traffic flow in a free flow stage and a non-free flow stage by utilizing an inland ship following experiment and a ship traveling record in an unblocked stage; performing two-dimensional clustering on the ship (flow and density) array by using a two-dimensional clustering algorithm, and judging the optimal classification number of the traffic operation state of the inland waterway according to the contour coefficient; and giving a division suggestion value of the two-dimensional parameters of the flow and the density as a division critical domain of each state classification, and obtaining a channel ship (flow and density)-based inland waterway traffic operation state judgment standard. The method fills the blank of inland waterway traffic operation state identification and threshold value, is simple and easy to understand, has a clear result, provides a method for inland waterway traffic operation state identification, and can provide a basic basis for channel network operation monitoring, scheduling command, navigation service and the like.

    本发明公开了一种内河航道交通运行状态判别方法,利用内河船舶跟驰实验和畅通段船舶行驶记录获得较为完整的反映船舶交通流在自由流阶段、非自由流阶段的船舶流量和密度数组;使用二维聚类算法对船舶(流量,密度)数组进行二维聚类,依据轮廓系数判断内河航道交通运行状态的最优分级数;给出流量和密度二维参数的划分建议值作为各状态分级的划分临界域,得到基于航道船舶(流量,密度)的内河航道交通运行状态判别标准。本发明填补了内河航道交通运行状态识别与阈值的空缺,方法简便易懂,结果一目了然,为内河航道交通运行状态判别提供了一种方法,可为航道网运行监测与调度指挥、导航服务等提供基础依据。
