A holographic sensing system for the traffic state of an inland waterway comprises ship identity and ship type recognition units arranged on the two sides of a starting point and an ending point of the waterway and a branched opening of the waterway, holographic waterway element sensing units arranged on the two sides of the waterway along the way, and a waterway water regimen sensing unit arranged on the single side of a waterway water regimen characteristic section along the way. Holographic structure/building sensing units facing structures are arranged on the two sides of a structure area such as a channel crossing bridge; the processor is connected with each unit and is used for receiving and processing all sensing data; and the channel supervision center receives the information from the processor, provides compliance data for industry supervision and public service as required, and assists related work of channel traffic management. The invention further discloses a method applying the system, the inland waterway traffic flow and various traffic events are presented in a digital twinborn mode, all-weather monitoring and whole-process tracking and early warning are implemented, traditional manual video observation is replaced, the real-time performance is high, the missing report rate is low, and construction of the intelligent waterway is assisted.
一种内河航道交通状态全息感知系统,包括:沿航道起止点、航道支汊口两侧设置的船舶身份和船型识别单元,在航道沿程两侧设置的全息航道要素感知单元,在航道沿程水情特征段单侧设置的航道水情感知单元,在跨航道桥梁等构筑物区域两侧设置的面向构筑物的全息构筑物/建筑物感知单元;与所述各单元连接、接收并对所有感知数据进行处理的处理器;航道监管中心,接收来自所述处理器的信息并按需向行业监管和公众服务提供合规数据,辅助航道交通管理相关工作。还公开了运用所述系统的方法,以数字孪生的形式,呈现内河航道交通流和各种交通事件,实施全天候监测、全过程跟踪和预警,取代传统人工观测视频,实时性高,漏报率低,助力构建智慧航道。
