The invention discloses a wave-shaped barrel wall wind power tower barrel and a mounting method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the surface of a traditional wind power tower barrel is smooth, when wind flows through the surface of a smooth cylindrical tower barrel, wind flow vortexes are alternately generated on the two sides of the tower barrel, vortex-induced vibration is generated, and fatigue damage is caused to the tower barrel. The wind power tower drum with the corrugated drum wall comprises a drum section, the drum section comprises plate columns, a group of plate columns are horizontally connected through corrugated plate bodies to form the drum section, and a group of drum sections are vertically connected through the plate columns to form the corrugated drum wall; or a connecting ring beam is arranged at the end part of each shell ring, a group of shell rings are connected up and down through the connecting ring beams to form the wave-shaped shell wall, a rigid ring beam is arranged at the top of the wave-shaped shell wall, the rigid ring beam is connected with the plate column, an external connecting hole is formed in the rigid ring beam, and the external connecting hole is connected with the plate column. The corrugation direction of the corrugated plate body is the horizontal direction, and the corrugated cylinder wall is in a circular truncated cone shape or a prismatic table shape. The invention is used for the wind power tower drum.

    波形筒壁风电塔筒及其安装方法,传统的风电塔筒表面光滑,当风流经光滑圆柱形塔筒的表面时,会在塔筒的两侧交替产生风流旋涡,产生涡激振动,对塔筒造成疲劳损伤。本发明的波形筒壁风电塔筒,其组成包括筒节,所述的筒节包括板柱,一组所述的板柱通过波形板体水平连接形成所述的筒节,一组所述的筒节通过所述的板柱上下连接形成所述的波形筒壁;或者所述的筒节的端部具有连接环梁,一组所述的筒节通过所述的连接环梁上下连接形成所述的波形筒壁,所述的波形筒壁的顶部具有刚性环梁,所述的钢性环梁与所述的板柱相连接,所述的钢性环梁上具有对外连接孔,所述的波形板体的波纹方向为水平方向,所述的波形筒壁为圆台形或者棱台形。本发明用于风电塔筒。
