A counterweight method of a double-cage linkage construction elevator comprises the steps that before the elevator runs, elevator cages are placed on the ground, a counterweight mechanism is located at the top of an elevator frame, the counterweight mechanism is moved to the ground, and a counterweight block is added into a storage cavity of the counterweight mechanism; then the counterweight mechanism is moved to one side of the counterweight mechanism; the weight t1 of an elevator cage and a heavy object in the elevator cage, the weight t2 of a counterweight mechanism and a balancing weight in the counterweight mechanism and the weight t3 of the balancing weight are obtained; an integer judgment value P = (t1-t2)/t3 is obtained, the absolute value of P is a quantity value Q, when P is larger than 0, a balancing weight is added into the counterweight mechanism, and when P is smaller than 0, the balancing weight is taken out of the counterweight mechanism. The counterweight block is added into or taken out of the counterweight mechanism in real time through the counterweight mechanism, the weight of the counterweight mechanism can be changed in real time along with the weight of the elevator cage and the weight of heavy objects in the elevator cage, the effect of balancing the weight of the counterweight mechanism and the weight of the elevator cage is achieved, the traction force needed when the elevator cage is dragged and driven is reduced, and therefore the effect of reducing energy consumption is achieved.
一种双笼联动施工电梯的配重方法,电梯运行前将电梯笼置于地面,对重机构位于电梯架顶部,将配重机构移动至地面,将配重块添加到配重机构的储存腔内;然后将配重机构移动至对重机构一侧;获得电梯笼及其内部重物重量t1、对重机构及其内部配重块重量t2、配重块重量t3;获得整数判断值P=(t1‑t2)/t3,P的绝对值为数量值Q,当P>0时,则向对重机构内添加配重块,当P<0时,则从对重机构内取出配重块。通过配重机构向对重机构内实时的添加或者取出配重块,能够随着电梯笼及其内部的重物重量进行实时改变对重机构的重量,起到平衡对重机构和电梯笼重量的作用,减少曳引驱动电梯笼时所需的牵引力,从而起到减少能耗的作用。
