The invention discloses a double-counterweight elevator device which comprises a traction machine, a lift car, a first guide wheel set, a second guide wheel set, a first steel wire rope, a second steel wire rope, a first counterweight and a second counterweight. One end of the first steel wire rope is connected with the car, and the other end is connected with the first counterweight through the traction machine and the first guide wheel set; one end of the second steel wire rope is connected with the lift car, and the other end is connected with the second counterweight through the traction machine and the second guide wheel set; the first counterweight and the second counterweight are arranged on the two sides of the lift car and are opposite to the movement direction of the lift car, and when the lift car intersects with the two counterweights, the local pressure increasing value in the space between the lift car and the first counterweight is equal to the local pressure increasing value in the space between the lift car and the second counterweight. When the elevator car and the counterweights intersect, the car bears impact force which is generated by increase of air pressure between the counterweights on the two sides and is equal in size and opposite in direction, the two impact force counteracts each other, and therefore the shaking problem generated when the elevator car and the counterweights intersect is solved.
本发明公开了一种双对重电梯装置,包括曳引机、轿厢、括第一导向轮组、第二导向轮组、第一钢丝绳、第二钢丝绳、第一对重、第二对重;第一钢丝绳一端与轿厢相连,另一端通过曳引机和第一导向轮组与第一对重相连;第二钢丝绳一端与轿厢相连,另一端通过曳引机和第二导向轮组与第二对重相连;第一对重和第二对重布置在轿厢两侧且与轿厢的运动方向相反,当轿厢与两对重交汇时,轿厢与第一对重间的空间内的局部压力增大值等于轿厢与第二对重间的空间内的局部压力增大值相同。本发明在电梯轿厢与对重交汇时,轿厢受到来自于两侧对重间空气压力增大产生的大小相等方向相反的冲击力,两个冲击力互相抵消,从而改善电梯轿厢与对重交汇时产生的晃动问题。
