The invention relates to a space coiling type stretching arm system for passive inhaul cable unfolding. The system is composed of a space coiling type stretching arm mechanism, a locking and releasing mechanism and a storage barrel. The space coiling type stretching arm mechanism part is composed of a triangular transverse frame, a longitudinal rod, a diagonal stiffening cable, a stretching arm top plate and a locking connecting rod. Wherein each triangular transverse frame is composed of three transverse rods and three V-shaped rotating hinges, three longitudinal rods are connected with the triangular transverse frames through M2.5 screws, and the V-shaped rotating hinges at the diagonal positions of the triangular transverse frames on the adjacent layers are connected together through diagonal stiffening cables; the stretching arm top plate is fixed to the top of the stretching arm through the combined rotating hinge. The locking connecting rod is fixed to the center of the stretching arm top plate. The locking and releasing mechanism part is composed of an upper chassis, a lower chassis, a pin puller, a rotary encoder, a rotary damper, a rope winding wheel and an inhaul cable. Wherein the pin puller is fixed on the pin puller support, and the pin puller support is fixed on the upper chassis; the rotary encoder, the rotary damper and the cable winding wheel are coaxial and are respectively fixed on a rotary encoder support and a rotary damper support, and the supports are fixed on the lower chassis; one end of the inhaul cable is wound and fixed on the cable winding wheel, and the other end of the inhaul cable is fixed on a locking connecting rod of the space coiling type extension arm mechanism through a cable guide wheel; the upper and lower chassis are connected through a rectangular cross-section beam. The space coiling type stretching arm mechanism is fixed to the upper chassis and the lower chassis through six stretching arm fixing supports respectively. And the storage cylinder is fixed on the upper chassis. The method is verified in an actual satellite model task, and has a wide application prospect in the field of spaceflight.

    本发明是一种被动式拉索展开的空间盘绕式伸展臂系统,该系统由空间盘绕式伸展臂机构、锁紧释放机构和收纳筒三部分组成。空间盘绕式伸展臂机构部分由三角形横架、纵杆、对角加劲索、伸展臂顶板和锁紧连杆组成;其中,三角形横架由3根横杆和3个V型旋转铰链组成,3根纵杆通过M2.5螺钉与三角形横架连接,对角加劲索将相邻层三角形横架对角位置的V型旋转铰链连接在一起;伸展臂顶板依靠组合式旋转铰链固定于伸展臂顶部,锁紧连杆固定于伸展臂顶板中心。锁紧释放机构部分由上、下底盘、拔销器、旋转编码器、旋转阻尼器、绕索轮和拉索组成;其中,拔销器固定于拔销器支座上,拔销器支座固定于上底盘上;旋转编码器、旋转阻尼器与绕索轮同轴,分别固定于旋转编码器支座和旋转阻尼器支座上,支座均固定于下底盘上;拉索一端缠绕固定于绕索轮上,另一端通过导线轮固定于空间盘绕式伸展臂机构的锁紧连杆上;上下底盘之间通过矩形截面梁连接。空间盘绕式伸展臂机构通过6个伸展臂固定支座分别固定于上底盘和下底盘上。收纳筒固定于上底盘上。本发明已在实际卫星型号任务中得到验证,在航天领域有广阔的应用前景。
