The invention discloses an aircraft general assembly test system, which comprises an assembly module used for storing assembly plans of subsystems and equipment of an aircraft and monitoring assembly progress; the test module is used for testing the assembled subsystems and equipment; the controller is used for establishing a test model according to the assembly plan; and then testing the assembled subsystems and equipment based on the test model and the test module, and the controller is specifically used for determining the model of an aircraft to be subjected to final assembly; calling a corresponding assembly plan in the assembly module based on the model of the aircraft to be subjected to final assembly; the test model comprises the test nodes corresponding to the time nodes in the assembly plans, all tests are concentrated in the test model, the subsystems or the devices are tested according to the test model, the test efficiency is improved, the test time is shortened, and the test efficiency is improved. Therefore, the production efficiency of aircraft assembly is improved.

    本发明公开了一种飞机总装测试系统,其包括:装配模块,用于存储飞机各子系统和各设备的装配计划与监测装配进度;测试模块,用于对已装配好的子系统和设备进行测试;控制器,用于:根据所述装配计划建立测试模型;然后基于所述测试模型和测试模块对已装配好的子系统和设备进行测试,其中,所述控制器,具体用于:确定待总装飞机的型号;基于所述待总装飞机的型号在所述装配模块中调取对应的装配计划;根据所述装配计划建立测试模型,所述测试模型中包含所述装配计划中时间节点对应的测试节点,本发明将所有的测试集中到测试模型中,根据测试模型来对子系统或设备进行测试,提高了测试效率,缩短了测试时间,从而提高飞机总装的生产效率。
