The invention discloses a reconfigurable general airtight test device for an aircraft system. The reconfigurable general airtight test device comprises an air source module, a low-pressure module, a pressurization module and a high-pressure module, the gas source module and the two low-pressure modules which are connected in parallel are combined to form a pneumatic module configuration A, and the pneumatic module configuration A can provide two paths of 0-1MPa gas output; the gas source module is combined with a low-pressure module and a high-pressure module which are connected in parallel to form a pneumatic module configuration B, and the pneumatic module configuration B can provide one path of 0-1MPa gas output and one path of 0-13MPa gas output; the gas source module, a high-pressure module connected with a pressurization module in series and a low-pressure module connected with the high-pressure module in parallel form a pneumatic module configuration C, and the pneumatic module configuration C can output 0-1 MPa gas and 0-24 MPa gas in one path. The modular design is adopted, and output of different pressure ranges and branches can be achieved through combination of different modules; in addition, the airtight test device adopts a universal design concept, and continuous output of test pressure is realized by utilizing a PLC and a proportional pressure reducing valve.
本发明公开了一种可重构的飞机系统通用气密试验装置,包括气源模块、低压模块、增压模块和高压模块;气源模块与两个并联的低压模块组合构成气动模块构型A,气动模块构型A能够提供两路0~1MPa气体输出;气源模块与并联的一个低压模块和一个高压模块组合构成气动模块构型B,气动模块构型B能够提供一路0~1MPa气体输出和一路0~13MPa气体输出;气源模块与一个串联有增压模块的高压模块,以及与高压模块并联的低压模块构成气动模块构型C,气动模块构型C能够一路0~1MPa气体输出和一路0~24MPa气体输出。本发明采用模块化设计,通过不同模块之间的组合就可实现不同压力范围和支路的输出;此外气密试验装置采用通用化设计理念,利用PLC与比例减压阀来实现试验压力的连续输出。
