The invention discloses a flapping-wing air vehicle wing and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of stress detection, the flapping-wing air vehicle wing comprises a substrate film, the substrate film is provided with at least one detection loop used for detecting stress change, and each detection loop comprises a silver nanowire layer and a carbon nanotube layer which are laminated. In the flying process of the flapping-wing air vehicle, the flapping-wing air vehicle wings can sense changes of airflow and deformation, the resistance of the carbon nano tube layer can be sharply increased along with stretching of a thin film, and therefore the detection effect is achieved; in-situ detection of stress and strain of the wing can be achieved through the silver nanowire layer and the carbon nanotube layer which are arranged in a laminated mode without additionally arranging a sensor, test data are more direct, the weight of the wing of the flapping-wing air vehicle is basically not increased, namely, the deformation condition of the wing of the flapping-wing air vehicle cannot be changed due to the fact that the sensor is additionally arranged, and therefore the detection accuracy of the flapping-wing air vehicle is improved. And the detection result is more accurate and sensitive.

    本发明公开了一种扑翼飞行器翅翼及其制备方法,属于应力检测技术领域,所述的扑翼飞行器翅翼包括基体薄膜,所述基体薄膜上设有至少一个用于检测应力变化的检测回路,每个检测回路均包括叠层设置的银纳米线层、碳纳米管层。所述的扑翼飞行器翅翼在飞行过程中,能够感受到气流、形变的变化,碳纳米管层随着薄膜的拉伸,电阻会急剧增加,从而达到检测的效果;通过无需额外增加传感器,通过叠层设置的银纳米线层、碳纳米管层,即可实现翅翼应力、应变的原位检测,测试数据更加直接,且基本不会增加扑翼飞行器翅翼的重量,即不会因为增加传感器而改变扑翼飞行器翅翼本身的变形情况,因此,检测结果更加准确,更加灵敏。
