The invention relates to a four-wing flat-flapping flapping-wing aircraft, belonging to the technical field of aviation. The four-wing flat-flapping flapping-wing aircraft comprises a fuselage, a vertical tail, a left rear flapping wing device, a right rear flapping wing device, a left front flapping wing device, a right front flapping wing device and an undercarriage. An operation and control system, airborne equipment and power supply equipment are equipped in the fuselage. An automatic navigation and autonomous driving device or remote control equipment is configured. The left rear flapping wing device, the right rear flapping wing device, the left front flapping wing device and the right front flapping wing device are the same in structure and parameter and are symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of the fuselage pairwise. The vertical tail consists of a vertical stabilizer and a rudder. The transmission ratio of a fixed synchronizing wheel to a movable synchronizing wheel in the left rear flapping wing device is 1:1. A left rear gap, a right rear gap, a left front gap and a right front gap are respectively formed in the rear and front positions of the left and right sides of the fuselage. Four wing sheets cannot generate horizontal components in the transverse direction during vertical flapping, so that the efficiency is higher. The aircraft is applied to a variety of tasks, such as aerial photography, geographic survey, traffic duty, agriculture and forestry operation, military reconnaissance and emergency rescue and disaster relief.
